For those who are new to my page - A quick introduction on family films. They are very similar to a photography session, but more focused on the small but meaningful moments that happen with your family members. A gentle brush of their hair, eye contact, their hands in yours, laughter, the wrap of a hug, simply your connection to their little hearts at this age. Documenting these sweet relationships are so important because the very way in which we interact with them changes so drastically as they age. I promise, this will be the best gift you can give both yourself AND to your children. The more time that passes, the more you will cherish this mini memento of your life in this season. And if you're feeling a little nervous about being in front of a (video) camera, that's normal! But trust that I am trained and experienced in making you feel comfortable, that I'm able to connect with your kids, while making you look and feel your best on the day of your shoot. I have gentle prompts and directions to keep the session flowing smoothly and I in no way expect kids to act perfect. It's their job to get a little crazy! I just need you to show up, and be ready to love on your people.
I didn't have time to make a full promo video, but I did grab a super quick - like 5 minutes worth - video of my kids while we checked it out and I threw together a quick little glimpse of what the studio looks like and the general vibe we're going for. The actual sets will look a little different but very much along the same lines. I'm not kidding when I say almost every angle is beatiful and so aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
